Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a highly complex and large-scale Azure Private Networking Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to execution and successful delivery, using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. This project will require close coordination with various stakeholders and teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Azure Private Networking Project, ensuring that it is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee all project phases, including planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely completion.
• Manage the overall project risk and change management processes

• Utilize Agile practices for iterative development, daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
• Implement Waterfall methodology for aspects of the project that require more structured, sequential workflows, ensuring optimal delivery.
• Balance Agile flexibility with the structured needs of large-scale, high-priority enterprise IT projects.

• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and third-party service providers.
• Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications

• Experience: 8 years of experience in project management, with at least 4 years managing large-scale IT infrastructure or networking projects (preferably within Azure or cloud environments).
• Certifications: PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or equivalent Agile certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking services, including VPNs, private endpoints, VNET peering, and network security.
• Experience managing projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a proven ability to adapt to the needs of the project.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and functions.
• Expertise in risk management, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.

• Knowledge of Azure Private Networking architecture and best practices.
• Experience in managing projects related to cloud security, enterprise networking, and private cloud configurations.
• Ability to handle complex technical issues and communicate them effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
