Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Real Estate Agent with a proven track record in sales, leasing, and/or investment services. This agent will be instrumental in expanding our footprint in the Columbus market, leveraging 3CRE’s strong brand and cross-functional expertise in business transactions and M&A.
Responsibilities:
- Source and manage listings for commercial properties (retail, office, industrial, and multifamily).
- Represent buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords in commercial real estate transactions.
- Generate new business through networking, prospecting, and referrals.
- Collaborate with our Business Brokering and M&A teams to support client investment strategies.
- Conduct market research and property valuations.
- Prepare listing presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Maintain CRM and manage pipeline effectively.
Qualifications:
- Valid Ohio Real Estate License (required).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate.
- Demonstrated success in closing sales or lease transactions.
- Strong knowledge of the Columbus commercial real estate market.
- Experience in business sales or M&A (a plus, but not required).
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
