Sales Operations Coordinator

About the Role:

3D Systems is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to support our global Industrial and Healthcare go-to-market teams. You will support sales professionals who have a broad portfolio of additive manufacturing printers, materials and services and pursue complex solution deals with resellers worldwide or direct sales. You will coordinate processes and projects to improve sales efficiency, increase reseller productivity and enhance customer experience. You will be engaging with a wide variety of functions and teams within the 3D Systems organization to manage, calculate and analyze reseller performance, programs, and sales tools for the global and publicly traded 3D Systems Corporation.

• Salary: The annual base salary range for this position is $55,200-$97,400. The salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. 3D Systems considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
  
  

What We Are Looking For:

• Collaborate with a functional matrix team of internal sales support and internal corporate partners to execute on business unit key sales initiatives and strategies.
• Facilitate integration and expansion of business processes (i.e. prioritization, contracts, quotes) Understand and prioritize the needs of customer-facing teams to create and calculate data to support business drivers that enable revenue growth, efficiency and accuracy in process, and compliance.
• Coordinate sales tool creation, distribution/authorization and reporting, including but not limited to price books, contract authorization, product launch information.
• Manage process for standard and non-standard T&C during a quoting in collaboration with other sales operations team members utilizing SalesForce and other systems.
• Contribute to business projects, introducing new offerings, products, or new functionality
• Ensure integration into current processes as well as forecasting and supply
• Coordinate and monitor sales activities to ensure standardization and compliance with corporate and business unit practices
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in sales processes & procedures
  
  

What You Will Bring:

• 2 years’ experience in sales operations environment, someone ready to take on more responsibility working with senior stakeholders globally
• Proficient in Excel, data analysis and PowerBiSelf-motivated, flexible, team player with solid multi-tasking, time management & organization expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities
• Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
• A result and success-oriented mentality, conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
• An ability to initiate and build relationships with people in an open, friendly, and accepting manner
• An innate drive to innovate and optimize the use of available resources
• Comfort with adapting and adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
• Ability to take ownership of projects from planning through to execution
• Strong attention to detail, and superior organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to manage multiple projects on tight timelines
