Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of DSP hardware and software projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs
- Work closely with engineering teams (hardware, software, and firmware) to define project requirements, scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, tracking progress and making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines
- Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, customers, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project development and implementation
- Coordinate resources, including assigning tasks, managing workloads, and optimizing team performance
- Facilitate agile and/or traditional project management methodologies, ensuring efficient workflows and task management
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying best practices and opportunities for process optimization
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical project management or engineering field, preferably in the DSP, software development, or related industries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), with a general understanding of the development lifecycle
- Solid knowledge of DSP technologies, hardware design, embedded systems, or C software development
