Role Overview: 3DE School & Partnership Manager
The 3DE School & Partnership Manager is essential in supporting the implementation of the 3DE instructional model, working closely with students, teachers, and local business professionals. This role involves fostering relationships within the school and community, coordinating resources and experiences that elevate student development, and ensuring that systems are in place for successful 3DE execution. The School & Partnership Manager is responsible for integrating business partners into the program, managing school operations, and supporting teacher and student engagement to enhance the overall learning experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Business Partner Engagement & Integration
- Recruit, prepare, and manage business professionals to ensure successful collaboration with students and teachers
- Model Implementation
- Utilize systems to foster a positive 3DE culture, increase engagement, and embody program values
- Set up 3DE spaces to support collaboration, community, and success for students, staff, and partners
- Support PLC meetings and help build 3DE teacher leaders through engagement and training
- Monitor program implementation, provide troubleshooting support, and use data to improve engagement and quality assurance metrics
- Event Planning & Collaboration with Teams
- Cultivate strong connections with school staff, students, and business partners to create a collaborative learning environment
- Collaborate to organize on/off-site capstone experiences and other events that highlight student achievements and 3DE's impact
Desired Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in relevant field preferred
- Project/Program Management & Instructional Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of middle or high school classroom teaching experience (comparable nonprofit experience also acceptable)
- Proven track record of strong organization and time management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Experience using data to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
- Relationship Building:
- Proven track record of successful relationship building and management with a variety of key stakeholders
- Proven track record of effective collaboration within a team
- Proficient in the Use of Technology & Written/Verbal Communication:
- Strong communication, presentation, and public speaking skills with experience adapting style based on the needs and perspectives of audiences
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, E-learning technologies, etc.

- Salary Range: $57,000 - $60,000; commensurate with experience
