Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. Duties
- Lead and manage all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve overall hotel performance.
- Oversee revenue management processes to maximize occupancy rates and average daily rates.
- Supervise staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain positive guest relations.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations during peak times and special events.
- Prepare reports on hotel performance metrics, including occupancy rates, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
