Responsibilities:

- Monitor and measure team performance using established metrics.
- Apply total quality management principles to enhance the quality organization.
- Identify and deliver quality-related training programs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive quality engineering experience in the regulated industry.
- Experience with quality systems, audits, statistical problem-solving, and sampling techniques.
- Knowledge of materials science, specifications, and raw material processing.
- Experience in high-volume, precision manufacturing environments.
- Demonstrated management and supervisory experience.
- Experience with ISO 13485 or equivalent quality systems.
