Summary: Verifies quantity, quality, labeling, and addressing of products and items of merchandise ready for shipment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Sort sheets by Customer Order Number to ensure order accuracy at the time of shipping.
- Ensure all materials meet or exceed 3form’s quality expectations prior to sending to customer.
- Safely operator forklift to move materials, load trucks, retrieve pallets from outside storage area.
- Facilitate transport of material from saw area to shipping area for packaging.
- After the order is verified, package boxes, crates, frames, and pallets for shipping.
- Be available for any manual lifting or other labor requested by the supervisor.
- Report to Shift Supervisor and see where help is needed most.
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Must be able to work on your feet including, standing for the entire length of the shift, which are up to 10 hours.
- Must be able to work in and around manufacturing and production equipment, which includes frequently climbing ladders, bending, stooping, standing, walking, twisting, kneeling, and reaching.
- Must be able to see / hear to visually and audibly acknowledge critical safety instructions, alarms, forklift traffic, perform quality inspections, and equipment inspections.
- Must be able to sustain repetitive movement of the upper and lower extremities with varying degrees of force.
- Must be able to push, pull up to 100 pounds of force on a regular basis, including moving pallets, carts, glass/plastic sheets, and boxes using a hand truck or other similar equipment.
