Construction Scheduler

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in project coordination, ensuring that all scheduling tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. We are a concrete construction company, specializing in turn-key operations with a focus on excavation, footer, concrete foundation walls, and concrete flat work. Main focus is production builds as well as custom builders and individual builds.

Duties

• Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Builders Trend
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to ensure all tasks are scheduled accurately.
• Monitor project timelines and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Utilize construction estimating software to assist in budget management.
• Communicate with stakeholders regarding schedule updates and changes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards throughout the scheduling process.
• Maintain documentation related to project schedules and changes for future reference.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project scheduling within the construction industry is preferred
• Proficiency in construction management software, is preferred
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
