3GIMBALS is hiring a change management consultant with 5-7 years of experience supporting organizational transformation within complex, mission-critical environments. This role will support an office within the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as it navigates significant technological, operational, and cultural changes. The ideal candidate is an adaptable and pro-active person who can take ownership of project tasks, develop deliverables, and operate under tight timelines.
You will work closely with stakeholders across technology, operations, and management teams to ensure smooth transitions during modernization initiatives. The focus is on changing the culture to embrace a new way of creating value for customers while improving efficiency, integrating new technologies, and enhancing mission delivery through effective change management strategies, including strategic communications.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead change management efforts supporting large-scale transformations
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, training, and resistance management
- The capability to break down complex initiatives into clear, actionable tasks and subcomponents, allowing the team to focus and work efficiently on each element.
- Document interviews with stakeholders across the organization, identifying critical tasks, and driving organizational timelines for implementation. Develop impactful products detailing software development and acquisition processes based on industry best practices and client unique circumstances. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives and continuously refine strategies based on feedback
- Advise leadership on fostering a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement within technology environments
- Ensure all initiatives comply with relevant regulations, best practices, and organizational goals
- Work closely with software development and product management teams to understand the technical impacts of new systems and guide successful adoption across the organization
