3LS is looking for a trauma competent, quality-driven professional to join our amazing team as a Assistant Controller. As part of the Omni Family of Services, 3LS, Inc. provides administration services and support, including Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Payroll & Marketing to the Omni Family of Services as well as external companies. As the Assistant Controller, you would be responsible for originating and leading Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented; high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, and standards; goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce. The Associate Human Resources Director is responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals.

- Bachelors degree in accounting, business administration, financial management or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in accounting or related field.
-CPA license preferred.
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail, ability to deal with complex and detailed information and apply both planning and organizing skills.
- Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in decision making, strategic thinking and collaborate using strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid drivers license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
