Job Description :

The person hired for the position of Systems Control Tech will work at our Oak Hills, CA Site.

Responsibilities / The Impact You Will Make in this Role :

As a(n) Systems Control Tech, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Apply and implement codes and regulations of Local, State, Federal Agencies and 3M that apply to equipment safety and operability.
• Provide Production, Division Engineering, PI&C Engineering and Plant Engineering advanced systems expertise with the ability to program, install and optimize new equipment and controls.
• Work will at times require the coordination, layout, documentation, facilitation and training of other crafts, trainee’s, and Plant Engineering Technician’s.
• Maintain / Program / Troubleshoot Using Programing : Electronic and Electrical Equipment and Components and Hydraulic / Pneumatic Equipment
• Assist with the moving of material, equipment and machinery using standard methods of lifting, rigging, hoisting, blocking, skidding and rolling. Operate PIV’s to include, but not limited to Forklift and the WAV.
• Ensure accuracy of shop work orders in the Maintenance Management System for accurate record keeping.

Pay Transparency :

The starting rate of pay range for this position is $41.55 / hr. This targeted compensation range represents a good faith estimate and can vary based on factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
