Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will supervise and direct a team of manufacturing engineers, ensuring that their work aligns with the goals and timelines of the plant. You will also be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient production of quality products, developing the technical abilities of the operational manufacturing engineering team, and fostering an environment of continuous improvement. Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline from an accredited institution. A minimum of five years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment is required. You should also be able to effectively use and analyze process data to drive informed decisions. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include eight years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience, experience supervising manufacturing engineers and/or hourly personnel, leading cross-functional teams, and working with coating, slitting, and/or converting processes.
