The person hired for the position of the Production Operator will be responsible for a variety of general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to.

Here, you will make an impact by :
- Observing all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Applying quality instructions & specifications
- Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met.
- Loading / unloading material into & from equipment.
- Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving & assisting others
- Analyzing and troubleshooting machine or in-process product problems.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications :
- Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include :
One (1) year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment
