Quality and Process Improvement Director

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant leadership efforts to achieve safety, quality, service, cost, and people development goals.
• Develop and execute process and quality engineering initiatives using Lean, DMAIC, and CAPA methodologies.
• Provide supervision and training to technical and quality professionals.
• Foster a culture of excellence by promoting a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• Four years of supervisory experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
• Seven years of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
