We're looking for a Quality Inspector who shares our passion for quality and customer satisfaction. As a key member of our Quality Department, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our products. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Perform thorough inspections of products, materials, and processes to ensure they meet Sonnax standards;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues;
* Develop and maintain expertise in GD&T, metrology, and shop mathematics;
* Analyze inspection data to identify trends and areas for improvement;
* Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors on inspection procedures and techniques;
* Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality inspection;
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency;
* Record and report inspection results accurately and in a timely manner;
