Senior Manufacturing Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team at 3M. As a Senior Manufacturing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with innovative and diverse people around the world.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

• Supervise and direct a team of manufacturing engineers
• Ensure that engineering deliverables are aligned with the goals and timelines of the plant
• Safely and efficiently manufacture quality products
• Develop the technical abilities of the operational manufacturing engineering team
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement

Your Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering or science discipline
• Five (5) years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience
• Additional qualifications include eight (8) years of combined engineering and/or manufacturing experience, experience supervising manufacturing engineers, leading cross-functional teams, and effectively using and analyzing process data
