The Impact You'll Make in this Role
- Develop and execute strategies and operational plans to ensure facility safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Drive advancements through technology while collaborating with cross-functional peer teams and partnering divisions.
Your Skills and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (completed and verified prior to start).
- Five years of experience in a manufacturing environment in a private, public, government, or military environment.
- Three years of experience in a leadership and/or supervisory role.
Additional Qualifications
- Secondary Degree or higher in Engineering or related Technical Field (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution preferred.
- Experience in a union facility, as a Quality leader, and applying statistical and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead attainment of objectives for Quality and/or Supplier Performance.
Work Environment
- Work location: Fairmont, MN.
- Travel: May include up to 10% domestic.
