The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As the USAC ERP Plant Deployment & Cutover Lead, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Within your scope of responsibility, you will perform the following:

Be the USAC Plant ERP Deployment Lead overseeing all ERP deployment work to ensure readiness at your assigned US based manufacturing plant. Your responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Serve as the single point of contact for all plant-level ERP activities.
• Ensure that team is engaging with appropriate resources at central team level as well as cross functionally within the plant
• Works closely with assigned Plant Implementation Lead and other functional leads to understand (and define where appropriate) the project plan, timing, and deliverables.
• Accountable for delivering results against the ERP deployment plan.
• Ensures that team understands the cross-functional impacts of future state and is involving the right members in conversations regarding solution and process design, testing and documentation.

Be the ERP Cutover Lead preparing the plant for Go-Live. Your responsibilities include but may not be limited to:

• Lead ramp down & ramp up plans, the inventory build plan, cutover processes, and organization readiness up to go live.
• Lead the Cutover Plan testing (DR) and the Go Live Cutover process at the Site.

Duties involved within both scopes of responsibility

• Drive Change Management and ensure the effectiveness of the organization.
• Manage and lead direct reports.
• Take part in the solution definition, as well as future processes and Standard Work associated to the scope of their job.
• Be a change agent to the Site, supporting the actions/plans/projects to address identified and prioritized change impacts

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Two (2) years of previous experience in a deployment leadership role and/or manufacturing in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master's degree or MBA (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
• Detail oriented, strong communication, collaboration, teamwork and follow-through skills.
• Knowledge of business, supply chain E2E processes
• Other related assignments in manufacturing that would enhance cross-functional awareness of future state is a plus
• Project Management skills, ability to execute a project plan for local site activities
• Experience as an SAP user, SAP Super User or within an SAP-deployed work environment.

Location: Can be Remote US based work location with the expectation to be on-site at plant locations up to 80% per week with flexibility based on deployment needs.

Travel: Will include up to 80% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
