Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for high-quality and talented individuals who are ready to take their careers to the next level. While past sales experience is a plus, it is not required—we provide our team members with the right tools, training, and support to set them up for success. If you’re a highly motivated individual, willing to learn the industry, and ready for unlimited income potential, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
- Conducting a professional sales presentation with a polished appearance.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and educate customers.
- Performing roof and property inspections.
- Managing customer relationships and maintaining a strong client base.
- Developing a strong knowledge of roofing products and services.
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license capable of transporting a ladder.
Compensation:
- $70,000 - $125,000 per year on average.
- Top earners exceed $150,000 .

Location:
- You will report to our Miami office as needed and work primarily in the Greater Miami area.
