Job Title: Document Scanning Clerk
Work Location: Reno, NV 89502
Shifts Available: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm (40 hrs./week)
Job Type: Temp to Permanent
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Scanning, indexing, excel, PC, quality assurance
- Standing, sitting, lif boxes of documents, scanning, looking at monitors, reading / skimming documents to identify them before scanning them
Job Responsibilities:
- The position is an operational role with operational accountability for managing all job aspects of digital imaging and scanning.
- Prepare customer documents for the digital imaging process
- Check physical documents for quality issues that may complicate the scan process.
- Prepare a wide array of document types and conditions for scanning.
