Job Title: Hospitality Associate
Work Location: Cleveland, OH 44114
Shift Available: Mon –Fri 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Job Type: Temp to Permanent
Qualifications
- Must have previous hospitality experience working in the food industry.
- The following types of experience will be considered: restaurant work, banquet serving, conference room set ups and food ordering.
- The candidate must also be willing to flex their schedule; the scheduled hours are 9-6, but they will be required to work past that on occasion when the law firm has social events that go past 6 PM; they may also be required to work till 8 - 9 PM to cover those events.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet with them, they are very particular and expect a certain level of experience.
- The law firm also has some weekend events, for these events the candidate may need to work a Saturday or Sunday.
- These are not as frequent as the social events, but we want to be transparent, and let the candidates know ahead of time that they do occur.
- Strong social skills and professionalism.
- E-mail etiquette and proper English skills are a must as they will be interacting with lawyers and other professionals
