Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hyperion Essbase to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Hyperion Essbase and Planning, with experience in various technologies that drive our projects forward. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and EPM solutions.
- Architect Hyperion applications to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop and implement data integration solutions between Hyperion, ERP, and other financial systems.
- Support and enhance existing Hyperion Planning and Essbase applications.
- Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, and Essbase cubes.
- Work closely with finance and IT teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in Essbase databases and Planning applications.
- Ensure best practices in Hyperion EPM architecture, security, and performance tuning.
- Provide technical documentation and training for end-users and administrators.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Hyperion Essbase, Planning, and EPM.
- Strong expertise in Essbase cube design, calculations, and optimization.
- Experience with Hyperion Financial Reports (HFR), SmartView, and FDMEE.
- Knowledge of EPMA, HFM, DRM, and Hyperion security models.
- Proficiency in SQL, MDX, and scripting languages for automation.
- Experience integrating Hyperion with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Contract
Pay: $52.85 - $70.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
