Job Title: Mailroom Manager
Work Location: New York, NY 10019
Working Shift: Monday to Friday,08:00AM to 05:00PM (40hrs/Week) over time required
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50lbs.
- Standing & walking involved.
- Legal operation management know-how and must have 1-2 years of managerial experience, managing onsite team of 3/more employees.
- Business Office environment and/or Law Firm would be ideal.
Job Duties:
- Managing a team of 3-4 team members.
- Greet and welcome guests/clients.
- Answer phone and transfer phone calls.
- Overseeing/handling day-to-day mail, shipping, copy, scan
- Office supply ordering, reserving conference room/visiting office
- Ordering pre-packed lunch/breakfast for meetings from vendors
- Setting-up beverages and catering
- Upkeep of conference rooms and kitchen – supplies, arrangements.
