Job Title: Mailroom Manager
Work Location: New York, NY 10019
Working Shift: Monday to Friday,08:00AM to 05:00PM (40hrs/Week) over time required

Qualifications/ Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Standing & walking involved.
  • Legal operation management know-how and must have 1-2 years of managerial experience, managing onsite team of 3/more employees.
  • Business Office environment and/or Law Firm would be ideal.

Job Duties:

  • Managing a team of 3-4 team members.
  • Greet and welcome guests/clients.
  • Answer phone and transfer phone calls.
  • Overseeing/handling day-to-day mail, shipping, copy, scan
  • Office supply ordering, reserving conference room/visiting office
  • Ordering pre-packed lunch/breakfast for meetings from vendors
  • Setting-up beverages and catering
  • Upkeep of conference rooms and kitchen – supplies, arrangements.

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Supervising: 1 year (Required)
