Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and performing repairs to support the overall functionality of the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Worker
Location: Snover, MII 48472
Shift: Morning- Mon to Fri 7am to 3:30pm
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Repair machinery, equipment, or appliances as needed
- Troubleshoot issues using schematics and logic controllers
- Utilize CMMS for work order management
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical systems and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Ohmmeter usage
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong customer service skills for interacting with tenants or employees
- Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices
- Basic understanding of English language for documentation purposes
- Leadership skills to coordinate maintenance tasks effectively
