We are seeking a meticulous Mechanical Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality inspection and possess a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards
- Utilize Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and Vision Inspection System for precise measurements
- Inspect fabricated parts for accuracy and quality
- Perform quality inspections using CGMP guidelines
- Analyze and document inspection results
- Collaborate with the Quality Management team to address any quality issues
Skills
- Proficiency in analyzing mechanical components
- Experience with ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 standards
- Knowledge of Quality Audits and CGMP regulations
- Ability to fabricate parts is a plus
- Familiarity with Vision Inspection Systems and Coordinate Measuring Machines
