Job Title: Office Assistant
Location: Omaha, NE 68102
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (40hrs/Week) (Must be Flexible and Open to varied shift timings)
NOTE:
- Valid Driver’s License, Own Reliable Transportation and clean driving record is required.
- Mandatory to drive. Different sites daily, weekly, monthly
COVID-19 Protocol: Must be fully vaccinated.
Qualifications:
- Customer Service oriented.
- Office background.
- MS Office experience
- There is extensive walking, standing and lifting.
- Lift upto 50 lbs.
- This will be a rotating support person providing coverage to multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Reception-Answer calls, register all visitors with building security portal
- Mail/Receiving, Shipping
- Copy/Print, Scan, Supply management.
- Hospitality: Conference room reservation, Setup, Food Order and Setup/breakdown, Upkeep Kitchen/Pantry areas etc.
