Our company is looking for a reliable and experienced Office Assistant to join our busy office. The ideal candidate for this position has experience with office support, answering phones, filing and handling mail. She or he is also great at planning parties, managing social media accounts and has a keen eye for details. We're looking for a talented and hard working individual who can be counted on to assist the rest of the team when needed.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers.
- Organize and attend meetings.
- Assist the office administrator with clerical work.
- Work as part of a team.
- Gather and document patient's information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 β 40 per week
