Qualifications
- Office management experience
- Computer savvy
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Must be professional at all times.
- Moderate lifting, standing or walking.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide reception coverage, greet clients, answer and route internal and external calls.
- Process expenses and invoices using the firm’s software.
- Provide administrative assistance including data entry, editing documents, saving documents.
- Monitor conference room scheduling software to determine catering and technology needs for scheduled meetings.
- Set-up conference rooms for meetings including coordination with IS, furniture reconfiguration and catering needs for scheduled meetings and events.
- Preparing reports.
- Assist with other special projects as requested.
