Job Title: Office Services Coordinator
Work Location: Seattle, WA 98104
Shift Available: Mon to Fri 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (40.00hrs/week)
Job Requirement:
- The position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, often under tight deadlines. Qualified candidates should have strong customer service skills and be familiar with providing hospitality services in an office/hotel environment.
- May require extensive standing and candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs. Assistance will be provided for anything heavier.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing operational support in various areas including high volume duplicating, production, sorting, mailing, hospitality, and equipment maintenance.
- This role involves ensuring the functionality of copiers, performing basic troubleshooting, and managing the logistics of office supplies and mail.
