Job Title: RN Psych
Client location: Bettendorf, IA 52722
Duration: 13 weeks Contract
Shift: NIGHTS - 12HR: 7p-7a
Experience Required: 1 year of inpatient psych experience, substance abuse exp is highly preferred
Guaranteed Hours: 36Hrs/Week
Job Description
This is an inpatient psych hospital that serves adolescents, adults, geriatrics, military as well as detox and dual diagnosis pts.
They have 10 detox beds, 62 psych beds (16 adol, 18 dual diagnosis, 28 adult) with medically cleared voluntary and involuntary patients.
Nurse to patient ratio is always 1:12.
They utilize holds, seclusion and chemical restraints and there is a designated Code Team to respond to psychiatric emergencies.
Orientation will take place and 3 shadow shifts will follow.
