Job Tittle: Warehouse Operator
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Pottstown, PA 19464
Shift Times: Monday to Friday 11:00pm to 7:00am (3rd shift)
Qualifications/ Requirements:
- Ability to lift, push, pull, walk and sit for long period of time.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control, preferably in a warehouse in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating forklifts & pallet jacks is highly desired.
- Some experience with automated inventory control and scanning systems desired.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all material control functions including:
- Shipping, receiving
- Maintaining rack storage locations
- Responsible for the put-away of all raw materials and finished goods.
- Labelling, wrapping
- Packing finished goods and incoming raw materials.
- Work closely with the production and batching teams
- Ensure that the production line and batching tower is constantly supplied with the required raw materials.
- Will include sit down electric forklifts, electric reach trucks, and electric pallet trucks.
- Assist in performing physical inventories.
- Responsible for package preservation which includes the shrink wrapping, banding, and staging of all finished goods.
