PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR for Central Florida

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor ready to lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence?

We are currently recruiting Production Leaders across industries to support our growing list of manufacturing clients. Whether you're ready to make a move or just exploring new leadership opportunities, we want to hear from you.

• Overseeing daily production schedules and KPIs
• Leading and developing hourly associates (10–50 )
• Enforcing safety protocols (OSHA, GMP, FDA, etc.
• Quality, waste, and throughput improvement
• Cross-training teams and leading lean initiatives
• ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Coaching, performance management, and shift reporting

• 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong understanding of production workflows and metrics
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Familiar with ISO, HACCP, or regulated environments

• Food & Beverage
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG)
• Automotive / Heavy Manufacturing
• Distribution & Logistics
• Pharma / Chemical



• $60,000 – $95,000 annually depending on industry and shift (1st, 2nd, 3rd)
