Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Pickleball Pro to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching and promoting the sport of pickleball through Drill Classes and Private, Semi-Private and Group Lessons. You may be required to teach Junior programming as well.
We are looking for someone who has experience teaching pickleball and has at least a 4.0 DUPR. We don't care so much about "certifications", we care about your energy, your customer service skills, and your experience.
Drill Classes pay $20/hr with a $5 "Full Class Bonus", and Private Lessons pay 60% of revenue generated - we're happy to be flexible for what the base rate for your Private Lessons are to maximize revenue for the club and for you.
