Aspen Pickleball is seeking a Head Pickleball Pro to lead instruction, clinics, and organized play at two locations in Aspen, Colorado. This role involves coaching players of all levels, running structured clinics, and organizing round robins to foster a strong pickleball community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide private and group lessons for mainly intermediate and advanced players.
- Lead clinics focused on skill development and strategy.
- Organize and oversee round robins and social play.
- Contribute to program development and player engagement.
Qualifications:
- PPR-certified (or ability to obtain certification).
- Experience coaching pickleball at various levels.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive environment.
