Position Overview
We are seeking a Regional Financial Analyst to serve as a bridge between regional leadership, brand operators, and accounting to ensure accurate financial execution and the integrity of financial data during the monthly close process. Beyond financial execution, this role will act as a business partner, helping leadership understand their financials, optimize resources, and make data-driven decisions to drive performance.

This position is based in the Glenview, Illinois office. Successful candidates will be expected to work onsite in the Glenview, Illinois office 3 days per week.
Essential Job Responsibilities & Duties
Financial Execution
- Support accruals and transaction-level analysis during the month end close process
- Maintain an understanding of the reporting structure to ensure transactions are recorded by accounting to the proper general ledger account and class codes.
- Assist in the management of customer accounts receivable, specifically the tracking of aged balances on a monthly basis and communicating those insights to regional leadership to drive collection
- Identify inefficiencies in financial processes and recommend improvements.
Financial Planning & Analysis / Business Partnership
- Support regional leadership and brands in understanding their financials and optimizing budgets and resources.
- Assist in preparing and analyzing regional forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to help leadership make informed decisions.
- Provide variance analysis against budgets, trends, and historical periods to explain business performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering (preferably in a multi-unit or operationally focused business).
- Strong analytical skills with a background in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Experience working cross-functionally with both finance and non-finance teams.
- Excellent communication skills – ability to translate financials into business terms and explain changes to both leadership and accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with financial systems like NetSuite, PBCS, Vensure, etc.,
- A proactive mindset – you don’t wait for problems to arise; you anticipate challenges and find solutions.
