Description
Prepare and analyze financial statements, annual plans, and forecasts.
Review and process job costs and accounting transactions in line with internal controls and company policies.
Assist with journal entries, month-end/year-end close, and audit preparation.
Provide written analysis of operational results and communicate findings to management.
Participate in special projects and financial analysis as needed.
Understand and apply accounting guidance, laws, and contract terms when processing financial transactions.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA-seeking preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in a related accounting or financial role.
Strong technical fluency in Excel and accounting software systems.
Proven ability to analyze financial data and recommend actionable solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with management at all levels.
Ideal candidates will be comfortable with month-end/year-end close responsibilities and audit prep tasks.
