This role entails working as a Lead AV Integration Specialist, undertaking specific tasks assigned by the supervisor to enhance technical proficiency and expertise continuously. The dynamic nature of this position requires being prepared for local travel at short notice to provide support and conduct repair-type activities.
You will engage in direct observation and self-directed learning to build a deep understanding of designated technology and original equipment manufacturer equipment. Your extensive experience encompasses system implementation, network node and element deployment, comprehensive training, and adept fault isolation and repair within information technology systems, subsystems, and equipment.
As a skilled installation and fielding technician, you will operate across various communications and information technology systems. Your capabilities extend to effectively coordinating communication requisites through electronic or paper formats to initiate gateway access requirements.
- Diligently execute billable tasks assigned by your supervisor to ensure smooth project progress.
- Proficiently read and interpret technical drawings to execute installations accurately.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory of equipment within your designated bag for ready access during installations and maintenance actions.
- Provide expert support for installations, maintenance actions, and support interventions, including on-site and remote interactions with clients and leading manufacturers such as Crestron, BIAMP, Shure, AMX, Cisco, and Planar.
