What are the responsibilities and job description for the Wastewater treatment position at 3V SIGMA USA INC?
Understand and control biological treatment environment for optimum micro organism health and growth
Monitor, accept, blend and regulate waste streams from manufacturing plant to equalization tanks and biological reactors.
Setup, monitor and adjust chemical feed systems required for proper treatment, including acids, caustics, nutrients, coagulants, anti-foam and pre-coats.
Maintain inventory of treatment chemicals.
Operate filter press as needed to maintain proper system biomass concentration.
Available to work rotating shifts and weekends. (8 to 12 hours)
Capable, after initial training period, of maintaining without supervision the wastewater treatment plant equipment including but not limited to reactors, dryers, pumps, filters, and storage tanks.
Requirements
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
C, B, and A Biological Wastewater Treatment License is preferred.
