Business Analyst (Remote - Must Reside in Florida) | Up to $30/HR
4 Corner Resources is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract with the potential for extension based on performance and project needs. This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must reside in Florida.
Pay Rate: Up to $30/HR
Position Summary:The Business Analyst will act as an agent of change, ensuring stakeholder goals are thoroughly documented, facilitating communication between project and business teams, and driving value through effective business solutions.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business analysis plans, ensuring comprehensive documentation and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct and validate elicitation results, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Manage stakeholder engagement and requirements throughout analysis, design, and implementation phases.
- Prioritize and document business process changes, ensuring alignment with goals and policies.
- Monitor and communicate project risks, including mitigation strategies.
- Support beta releases and continuous process improvements.
- Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Visio (or equivalent), and business analysis methodologies such as Scrum, Agile, DevOps, or Waterfall.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Industry certification in Business Analysis preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in business analysis or working with business stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Visio, Lucid, or equivalent
- Experience in DevOps, Scrum, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies
- Experience in Scrum required
