Job Title: Civil Engineer (Water, Reuse, and Pollution Control)
Location: New Smyrna Beach, FL
Salary Range: $105,000 - $108,000 / annually

Introduction
4 Corrner Resources is seeking a highly skilled Engineer to support our water, reuse, and pollution control utility operations. This role focuses on capital improvement projects and interagency projects, ensuring short- and long-term system growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, engineering expertise, and the ability to collaborate with regulatory agencies and other utility partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Associates Degree Required, Bachelors Preferred
- EIT Preferred
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering best practices, standards, and compliance regulations.
- Experience with project management for capital improvement projects.
- Proficiency in Milsoft, AutoCAD, ESRI GIS software, WaterCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with engineering project oversight, contract administration, and budgeting.
- Knowledge of permitting processes and inter-municipal agreements.
- Familiarity with construction and inspection coordination.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage capital improvement projects from conceptual design through construction completion.
- Conduct bid process coordination, contractor oversight, and project inspections.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, technical reports, and design plans.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and collaborate with relevant agencies.
- Review and approve contractor payments, permits, and project closeout documents.
- Provide technical support for system operations and infrastructure upgrades.
- Assist with development project review, approvals, and implementation.
- Support storm response activities as needed.
