Corner Resources has an immediate opening for Hybrid HR Call Center Representatives based in Orlando, FL. This is an excellent foot-in-the-door opportunity to join one of Florida’s biggest names in healthcare!
This role is slated for a -month contract with an opportunity for extension or permanency.
HR Call Center Representative Requirements :
Associates degree with years related experience OR....
Bachelors degree with year of experience
HR Call Center Representative Responsibilities :
This individual will be responsible for managing companywide communication and handling internal HR conflict by providing resolutions via phone and email.
Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and quickly analyze customer concerns within defined time limits.
Severe as the first point of contact for any internal / external inquiries and provide accurate information.
Deliver exceptional customer service to any individual.
Work cross-functionally with other internal departments to resolve any customer concerns.
Answer HR-related questions that may involve verification of employment, benefits, etc.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Focus on one call resolutions and minimal hand-offs / escalations.
Opens cases, logs calls into an internal tracking system, and provides accurate notation.
Teaches and guides employees through all required steps for any HR related inquiries.
Ensures employee privacy and confidentiality regarding any personal information.
HR Call Center Representative Experience :
Experience in a call center environment.
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Experience in Human Resources functions such as payroll, benefits, time and attendance, HRIS services organization preferred.
Ability to type words per minute with excellent spelling, punctuation, grammar, and oral and written communication.
