salary: $20.99 - $21 per hourshift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities
- Initial point of contact for employees calling into the Employee Contact Center with HR-related questions or concerns
- Quickly analyze employee inquiries and utilize system resources to provide accurate guidance or resolution
- Demonstrate patience and ability to remain calm under stressful situations
- De-escalate situations through the use of effective communication techniques and involve supervisor as necessary
- Maintain employee privacy where appropriate and follow defined standard and protocols for security and confidentiality
What you'll have:
- Bachelor's Degree (required)
- 2 years of experience in a Contact Center or Human Resources team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 50 or more words per minute with excellent spelling, punctuation, and grammar
Training Schedule:
- First 4 weeks of training 8am-5pm Monday-Thursday, and 8am-4pm Friday
- Last 2 weeks of training – times vary anytime between 7am-6pm Mon-Thurs, and 7am-4pm Friday
Post-Training Shifts available between the following hours:
- 7am – 6pm (M-TH)
- 7am – 4pm (F)
** This is a HYBRID role - Tue/Wed/Thu will be in office (Altamonte Springs) and Mon/Fri will be remote **
