Key Responsibilities :
- Lead research initiatives and develop service blueprints, journey maps, and experience strategies to enhance healthcare service offerings.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities for service improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Design prototypes, process flows, and visual artifacts to effectively communicate service concepts.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of service solutions, optimizing them based on data-driven insights.
- Advocate for human-centered design principles and service design best practices across the organization.
