Remote / Hybrid / Onsite Position : Hybrid in NYC or Jersey City NJ Local only

Contract's Duration : 1 year
Project's Information : AI Project all roles will have an AI component
Do candidates need to have specific industry experience? Retail Banking experience required
Key Responsibilities :
Service Design Integration : Develop and implement service design frameworks that incorporate AI solutions to improve customer interactions and streamline processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to coordinate research activities, strategy sessions, ideation, and testing of new product and service concepts.
User-Centered Solutions : Understand business objectives and user needs to create intuitive, user-centered solutions that align with technical and business requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement : Influence stakeholders through compelling visual
and verbal storytelling, gather and incorporate feedback, and foster alignment through strategic vision and creative innovation.
Qualifications :
Minimum 10 years of total experience
Leadership Experience
Experience : 6-10 years in Service Design, Design Strategy, Human-Centered Design, or related fields, with a focus on integrating AI technologies.
Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data-driven and results-oriented.
Agile Methodology : Experience delivering with an agile methodology.
Communication : Excellent written and oral communication skills, comfortable working with senior executives.
Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in service design.
