Corner Resources is working with an enterprise-level client to hire a Recruitment Coordinator in Lower Manhattan, NY. The Scheduling / Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth workforce operations by managing hiring managers schedules and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and positive experience for all job applicants throughout the hiring process. This position requires exceptional organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This would be a -month contract with the potential to become permanent.

Recruitment Coordinator :
Scheduling
Develop and manage hiring managers schedules to meet operational requirements and business needs in Teams / Outlook.
Handle booking conference rooms, travel arrangements, and itinerary distribution for interviews.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers, interview panels, and HR to minimize rescheduling and disruptions.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring alignment between candidates and hiring teams.
Candidate Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication at every stage of the hiring process.
Deliver clear instructions and information to candidates about interview logistics, timelines, and expectations.
Maintain a welcoming, professional demeanor to ensure candidates feel valued and supported.
Onboarding
Coordinate pre-employment requirements, such as background checks, paperwork, and compliance documentation.
Serve as a primary point of contact for new employees, addressing questions and concerns during their transition period.
Assist with the onboarding process by setting expectations, interacting with third-party vendors, managing drug tests, and license verifications.
Recruitment Coordinator :
Required Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience preferred).
years of experience in recruitment coordination, candidate engagement, or scheduling coordinator role.
Proven experience with high-volume scheduling, onboarding, or administrative coordination roles.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools (, Workday, Outlook, Teams).
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
