Corner Resources is working with an enterprise-level client to hire a Recruitment Coordinator in Lake Mary, FL. The Recruitment Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth workforce operations by managing hiring managers schedules and facilitating a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and positive experience for all job applicants throughout the hiring process. This position requires exceptional organizational skill, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This would be a -month contract with the potential to become permanent.
This Hybrid position must be within commutable distance of Lake Mary, FL.
Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities :
Scheduling
- Develop and manage hiring managers schedules to meet operational requirements and business needs in Teams / Outlook.
- Handle booking conference rooms, travel arrangements, and itinerary distribution for interviews.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers, interview panels, and HR to minimize rescheduling and disruptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring alignment between candidates and hiring teams.
