4 Corner Resources is hiring a Resort Renovation & Design Director to oversee design strategy and execution for resort renovations, new builds, and capital projects throughout the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and the Caribbean. This leadership role requires a strong background in hospitality architecture and interior design, paired with exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead diverse teams to deliver top-tier results on time and within budget. You must be local to the Orlando, FL due to the hybrid nature of this opening.Key Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience: 12 years in hospitality design/architecture with both renovation and new construction projects
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead internal teams and external consultants across all project phases
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging executive leadership
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of construction processes, codes, and capital planning for interiors/exteriors
- Software: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
- Project Management Tools: Skilled in Microsoft Office and familiar with platforms like Procore
- Lead design and construction teams to ensure alignment with project scope, quality, budget, and timelines
- Coordinate project schedules and deliverables across departments and external partners
- Review and approve design plans, drawings, proposals, and bids for accuracy and compliance
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, including progress, budgets, risks, and milestones
- Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as the owner’s representative during construction phases
- Manage project closeouts, ensuring smooth handoff and complete deliverables
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and vendors
- Begins on a contract basis.
- Must have a valid passport and ability to travel on short notice
- Familiarity with reserve planning, life-cycle costing, and component valuation.
