Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in recruiting or sourcing roles
- Skills:
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise in social networking, job boards, and online sourcing tools
While not required, the following skills and experiences are a plus:
- Experience in healthcare recruitment
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) experience
- Certifications in Talent Acquisition (HCI, NAHCR, RACR) or HR (HCI, SHRM)
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs based on attrition rates, business growth, and retirements
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to maintain staffing levels and support new or expanding programs
- Conduct market research and provide insights on labor market conditions
- Represent the organization’s values and career opportunities to potential candidates
- Utilize an intake process with hiring managers to establish recruitment plans and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Source, recruit, and screen candidates, ensuring alignment with job requirements and organizational culture
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience
- Prepare salary offers, sign-on bonuses, and relocation agreements while anticipating and managing counter offers
- Maintain knowledge of benefits, incentives, and company policies to address candidate inquiries
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress within the applicant tracking system
- Oversee Talent Acquisition Coordinators to facilitate interview scheduling and onboarding activities
