Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years of proven talent sourcing experience in an agency, search firm or corporate recruiting setting.
• Advanced proactive outreach, candidate mining, and cold calling sourcing skills including, Boolean search methods and techniques, social networking, research tools, online resume banks, competitor mapping, and other sourcing techniques such as blogs, alumni groups, conference attendee lists, personal home pages, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven success applying best-in-class talent sourcing practices and developing strong business insights.
• Excellent networking and relationship building skills along with effectiveness in engaging passive candidates.
• Effective influencing skills and the ability to sell Client as an employer of choice.
• Proven success researching, interpreting, and utilizing competitive intelligence and labor market data.
